Returns & Exchanges

At Welcome Skate Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your setup and apparel. If your order isn't quite right, you can return or exchange any unused items in their original packaging within 28 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure items are in brand new condition, with all tags attached and hardware unopened; decks must still be in their original shrink wrap.

• 2.
  Pack Your Order

  Securely package your items and include the original delivery note, clearly marking whether you would like a refund or an exchange for a different size/color.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Send your package via a tracked service to our Leeds store address; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

• 4.
  Processing

  Once our team inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 3-5 business days.
